4 LEGITIMATE INTERESTS DURING THE TREATMENT
As mentioned above, our processing of your personal data is partly based on the balancing rule in Article 6 (2) of the Data Protection Regulation. We have weighed our legitimate interests in marketing, improving the website, security and preventing fraud and your interests in ensuring that your interests or fundamental rights or freedoms do not exceed our interests. 5 RECEIVERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1 Information about your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and order number and specific delivery requests will be passed on to PostNord, GLS or another carrier who handles the goods purchased to you. In the case of purchases of goods that are not in our own warehouse, the said information may be disclosed to the manufacturer or importer of the product concerned who will in such case deliver the goods.
5.2 Personal information may be disclosed to public authorities if we are required to do so by law, or to the police on suspicion of offenses or as part of the investigation of specific offenses. Information about a purchase, including who made the purchase and where the item was delivered, may be disclosed to the card issuer if the cardholder states that the card was misused in connection with the actual purchase.
5.3 Information may be left to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, hosting, technical operations and improvements to the website, sending out newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, and for your assessment of our company and products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are responsible. The Data Processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfillment of the agreement with us and are subject to confidentiality.

6 YOUR RIGHTS

You also have the right to receive a copy of this information.
6.2 The right to rectification
6.2.1 You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected.
6.3 The right to delete
6.3.1 In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, for example if you revoke your consent and we do not have another legal basis to continue processing. 7 DELETING PERSONAL DATA
7.1 Information collected about your use of the Website, cf. 3.1. will be deleted at the latest when you have not used the Website for 2 years.
7.2 Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter, cf. 3.3. Will be deleted when your newsletter consent is withdrawn unless we have another basis for processing the information. However, we can store documentation for your consent for 2 years after we last sent you electronic marketing.
7.3 Information collected in connection with purchases made on the Website, cf. section. 3.2 will, as a rule, be deleted 2 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, information can be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example, if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting material is stored for 5 years until the end of a financial year in order to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act.
